Current Project
411 West Chickasha Ave was built in approximately 1907 and has went through many adaptations as can be evidenced today. It is currently a 15,000 sq ft office/retail building. 1st floor is retail hosting a variety of tenants. 2nd floor is a co-working office space with multiple businesses. 3rd floor is a single tenant office space. It boasts a beautiful white facade that has stood the test of time and the trials of Oklahoma weather for over 115 years. The majority of the original masonry is intact and pays homage to the craftsman of that era.
